This Kayaking Jeffreys Bay experiennce will take you off the beaten path on a truly scenic paddle up the Kabeljouws River. While slowly cruising up the lagoon you can indulge in the natural beauty of the Nature Reserve and a variety of wildlife. With some luck, you might even get to see the flamingos flying over or do a paddle by. A truly relaxing experience away from the crowds.
Trips are run daily at 10am and 2pm. Bookings essential, weather dependent cant operate in strong winds. This is a Self Guided Tour
The best way of learning is on the flat water and we have the perfect spot for you to try on the Kabeljouws Lagoon. No hazards and no waves, makes the lagoon an ideal place for your first time and will make you more comfortable and confident on the Kayaks. Inclusions for the 2 hours: Kayak rental and basic lesson on land. If you need a life jacket, let us know.
Kayaking is a social sport and great to do with family, friends or even to discover as a couple – no one need be left out.

Afternoon we will spend at your leisure next to the lagoon where we will be having a BBQ lunch. Kayak on the lagoon into the nature reserve experiencing the tranquility of nature, a wide variety of water birds calls this are home and you could even get to experience the flocks of Flamingo. You can also give the Stand Up Paddle Boards a try on the lagoon. Fat Bikes at your disposable to explore the miles of unspoiled white sand beaches.
